TRAVEL WITH US

 

We usually start taking names for fixtures from Members three weeks prior to the match. Please do not contact us for a match before we start taking names.

​

Members of the CSC get priority for booking travel and purchasing match tickets, also travel costs are discounted for Members. If there are spare seats still leftover, we will open up to bookings from non-Members, this will be announced match by match on our social media channels. The priority for booking on to the bus is as follows:

​

  • Members with Celtic Season Books

  • Members without Celtic Season Books

  • Non-Members

​

Our mode of transport and pick up locations vary according to demand. For more information on our travel arrangements click HERE.

We operate a points system for the allocation of match tickets when demand exceeds supply. To find out more about the CSC's access to season books and match tickets, click HERE.

 

HOW TO BOOK

​

Season Book holders will be added to the Travel WhatsApp Group, this is where you will be given priority to book on a bus first. The WhatsApp Group is for this purpose only, and not for other unrelated posts.

 

Non Season Book holders will be added to our WhatsApp message list. When we start taking names for a particular match, we will issue a WhatsApp message from the Coventry Emerald CSC mobile: 07719 440937. Please make sure you have this number saved in your phone, otherwise you will not receive our messages.

To book, reply to the message with:

  • Name

  • What seats / match tickets you are looking for

  • Pick up location

BOOKING CONDITIONS

​

  • Under 18 Members cannot book onto our transport unless accompanied by a parent / guardian.

  • Your seat will only be held when we have received payment for the bus in full.

  • Match ticket prices and deadlines to pay will be advised on a match by match basis

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If we can assist you in selling on unwanted match tickets, we will, but can make no guarantees.

  • Departure times for travel will be confirmed approximately 48 hours before the game.
